How to create a Business Object
This is a completed business object. The following steps below describe how to create this business object. Pre-requisites You must have created a Library or a Module as a container for the business object. | |
1-Create a Business Object In the Business Integration view, right-click Data Types and select New > Business Object. | |
2-Assign Business Object Name Enter the business object name in the Name entry box and click Finish. | |
3-Add attributes An empty business object is displayed. Right-click inside the business object and select Add attribute. Repeat above to add as many attributes as required. | |
4-Change attribute name and type Default attribute name (attribute1) and type (string) are automatically set up. You can change the default attribute name and type to suit your specific requirements. To change the attribute name, just overtype the current attribute1 name. To change the attribute type, click on the current attribute type (string) and select the required attribute type. You can also change the attribute name and type in the Properties Tab > Description section. |
